Feryl Harris, 73, of Pennsboro ID’d as Victim of 91 Freeway Crash in Riverside
RIVERSIDE, California (June 16, 2015) — Feryl Harris, 73, of Pennsboro was killed Monday afternoon in a collision on the eastbound 91 Freeway, just west of Monroe Street, a California Highway Patrol report and the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner said.
About 2:28 p.m., Harris was riding in a Ford Focus sedan that was rear-ended by a driver in a Nissan Altima. The impact caused the Ford to veer into the fast lane where it struck a large Ford F-150 pickup truck. The truck also hit other vehicles and the crash was blocking several lanes of the freeway. Police issued a SigAlert for the accident and they are investigating what led to the fatal crash.
