MOUNTAIN CENTER: 3 Injured in Motorcycle, Car Accident on Highway 243
MOUNTAIN CENTER, California (August 18, 2014) – Three people were injured Saturday afternoon in a crash between a motorcyclist and a passenger vehicle on Highway 243, just north of Highway 74, according to a dispatch by the CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department.
The motorcyclist suffered major injuries in the 2:17 p.m. crash and was air-lifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Two people who were in the car suffered minor injuries, but they were also taken by paramedics to a hospital.
