INDIO: Truck Crash Accident on 10 Freeway near Monroe StreetINDIO, California — According to an article by KESQ, a multi-vehicle collision took place on Interstate 10 freeway near Monroe Street.

The accident was reported on March 27 at 7:36 a.m. but the time when the crash happened was not provided.

Officials said three vehicles, including a big rig truck, were involved in the collision on the westbound of the freeway. Responding medics rescued one person after the crash, and transported the injured to a hospital in unknown condition.

Further, minor injuries were reportedly sustained by other parties involved in the accident.

The cause of the injury crash remains under investigation.
