PACOIMA, California (August 2, 2016) – A male party was hurt as a result of a 2-vehicle crash on East Highway 118 at San Fernando Road, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

The accident occurred on August 2, Tuesday at about 10:30 p.m.

In detail, the CHP logged a BMW sedan and a gold Ford Explorer were involved in a collision. The force from the impact was significant resulting in major front-end damage to the Ford.

Further, witnessed located a party inside the wrecked BMW. The injured party was described as an unconscious man.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
