Police are investigating this collision to determine the cause and liability. At this time, it appears that multiple drivers may be held responsible. This will be a difficult accident to investigate due to so many vehicles being involved. Police will eventually issue a report with their findings of liability.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who were hurt.
If a negligent driver or another entity is at fault for a collision resulting in injuries to you or a loved one, there may be grounds for a personal injury or wrongful death claim. Oftentimes, an injured person is at a disadvantage when they try to negotiate directly with an insurance adjuster. Particularly in a case where multiple drivers are likely responsible. That’s why it’s important to have an experienced attorney who will fight for you and ensure your legal rights are protected.
While this is always a personal decision, for many the financial losses associated with a traffic accident are significant.
