The article disclosed that a driver of a vehicle which seemed to be a former police car was speeding and driving recklessly prior to colliding with a young woman.
The woman sustained injuries in the collision and required transportation to a nearby medical center, the article added.
A witness who saw the incident take place stated that the motorists who caused the crash was claiming that he was not in the wrong despite several motorists who saw the incident take place confirming he indeed was the at fault party.
The collision remains under investigation.
