There are so many unanswered questions. Could there have been a mechanical malfunction in the vehicle? Was there alcohol or drugs involved? Did this involve a medical emergency? Was there a traffic violation or another vehicle involved? A police report will eventually be released to surviving family members and will state the cause and liability.
