2 Men Killed Westlake 4-Vehicle Crash Olympic Boulevard, Union Avenue

LOS ANGELES (May 6, 2025) — Two men died after a multi-vehicle crash Sunday involving a suspected drunk driver at Olympic Boulevard and Union Avenue in the Westlake District.
Four Hospitalized; Two Dead in Suspected DUI Collision
The four-vehicle collision occurred around 12:15 p.m. on May 4th, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Four other people including the suspected DUI driver were transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, the report said.
The collision occurred when a driver of a black Alfa Romeo allegedly ran a red light to make a turn at the intersection. The vehicle collided with other vehicles, and the suspect fled on foot. However, the male driver was located and was among those taken to a hospital.
Two men in one of the vehicles hit by the suspect became trapped in the wreckage, but were extricated by firefighters and transported to a hospital. The two men later died at the hospital.
The LAPD is heading up the investigation and they arrested the suspect on possible DUI and hit-and-run charges.
