Minor Injuries Reported in Collision in Keyes
KEYES, Calif. (September 6, 2024) — A two-vehicle car collision happened Friday morning in Keyes California on Highway 99, near E Keyes Road.
The traffic accident occurred on northbound SR-99 at around 8:37 AM on September 6th 2024, in Stanislaus County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A grey Lexus sedan and a grey Infinity collided due to unknown circumstances and came to a stop in the center divide of the highway. Minor injuries in both vehicles were reported by CHP. The grey sedan was blocking the middle lanes of the highway, it also had all of its airbags deployed. The Lexus had major rear-end damage and tow trucks were needed to remove the vehicles from the scene.
Paramedics responded and located those with minor injuries and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Investigators are working to determine who is at fault for the collision in Keyes, California on Highway 99.
