Minor Injury Collision Near Vandenberg Airforce Base
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. (Sept. 11, 2024) — A two-vehicle crash happened Wednesday north of Lompoc on Highway 1 and Santa Lucia Canyon Road near Vandenberg Village.
The collision occurred at 7:37 a.m. on Sept. 11th, in Santa Barbara County according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a white Toyota Sienna and a blue Toyota sedan were involved in a T-Bone crash.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person with minor injuries, but it’s unknown if anyone was hospitalized.
Tow trucks removed both vehicles from the scene due to damage and investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Highway 1 in Lompoc.
