Minor Injury Collision at Porterville Intersection

PORTERVILLE, Calif. (Feb. 11, 2025) — A minor injury crash in Porterville happened Tuesday afternoon at Avenue 196 and Road 248, the California Highway Patrol said.

CHP officials reported the collision between two vehicles around 12:47 p.m. on Feb. 11th, 2025.

The drivers of a gold Honda Accord and a silver Nissan were involved, the CHP report said.

Paramedics from the Tulare County Fire Department responded to help at least one person with minor injuries after the collision.

Tow trucks removed both damaged vehicles from the intersection and investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Avenue 196 in Porterville.
