1 Seriously Hurt, 2 Suffer Moderate Injuries
SAN RAMON, California (April 17, 2016) – Three were injured, one seriously, in a head-on crash at Dougherty and Bollinger Canyon roads on Sunday afternoon, according to East Bay Times. (map)
California Highway Patrol said the accident occurred at the intersection just after 4 p.m.
As per the article, officers responded to the scene and found two unknown vehicles which sustained major front-end damage following the collision.
CHP affirmed that a total of three people were hurt. Two victims, one with major injuries and the other with moderate injuries, were transported to John Muir Medical Center for treatment. The third patient was taken to Kaiser Medical Center in Walnut Creek to be treated for moderate injuries.
Authorities will continue to investigate the cause of the incident.
