Car Crashes into Freeway Sign
BRENTWOOD, Calif. (July 11, 2023) — Three people were injured Monday morning in a solo-vehicle crash on the Interstate 405 Freeway near Getty Center Drive.
The collision occurred around 2:12 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the I-405, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
CHP officers and the LAFD responded and located three people trapped in a grey sedan that crashed into a sign pole, according to MyNewsLA.
Meanwhile, firefighters used hydraulic tools to extricate all three people and paramedics transported them all to a hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries. There are no further details about the people hurt in the crash and it’s unknown if drugs and or alcohol were factors at this time.
Finally, the investigation into the 405 Freeway crash near Getty Center Drive is ongoing.
