3 Injured in Wednesday Night Hit-and-Run
ESCONDIDO (July 7, 2017)- According to NBC San Diego, a hit-and-run collision was reported Wednesday evening at the intersection of Bear Valley Parkway and Birch Avenue.
Escondido received notice of the crash at precisely 8:43 p.m. involving at least two vehicles.
Authorities arrived at the scene and disclosed that two vehicles veered off the side of the road into the dirt.
A total of three people were confirmed to have been injured ranging from minor to moderate in degree as all three victims were transported to Palomar Hospital.
No details have been provided at this time disclosing what exactly transpired leading up to the collision, whether drugs or alcohol were involved, or whether or not the hit-and-run driver has been located and detained.
