PERRIS, California (September 22, 2014) – Three people were injured Monday morning in a collision on the Interstate 215 Freeway at Nuevo Road, according to a press release by the Riverside County Fire Department.
The traffic accident was reported about 7:25 a.m. at the intersection. CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to extricate two people who were trapped inside a vehicle following the crash. Paramedics treated three injured people at the scene. Two suffered major injuries and one had minor injuries. All three were transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
