The 3-vehicle collision occurred at around 9:26 p.m. on April 30th, according to the Brentwood Police Department and Contra Costa News.
Police reported Zachary Rau, 26, of Antioch, was driving a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck westbound on Balfour Road at high speed.
The pickup truck collided with a Toyota RAV-4 SUV which then collided with a Honda HR-V, police said.

However, a 26-year-old Antioch man riding in the Chevrolet pickup truck was taken to a hospital with serious no-life threatening injuries.
Finally, Zachary Rau was also treated at a hospital for minor injuries and was later arrested and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for DUI and other charges for causing injuries.
