Multi-Vehicle Car Accident in Day Valley Area
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Calif. (Dec. 19, 2024) — A woman was injured in a three-vehicle crash Thursday morning on Freedom Boulevard in the Day Valley area of Santa Cruz County.
The traffic collision occurred at around 7:40 a.m. on Dec. 19th, near Parkhurst Circle, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a grey Honda CRV, a silver Toyota Camry, and a white Fiat were involved. It’s unknown at this time what led up to the accident. A female driver reportedly struck her head and airbags were deployed in her vehicle.
Paramedics responded to help those injured in the crash, but there are no further details.
Tow trucks removed all three vehicles from the roadway which were blocking the eastbound lanes of Freedom Boulevard.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Freedom Boulevard in Santa Cruz County.
