3-Vehicle Crash on Riverside 91 Freeway, Tustin Avenue in Anaheim

THREE-VEHICLE CRASH ON EASTBOUND 91 FREEWAY IN ANAHEIM

ANAHEIM, Calif. (Nov. 2, 2026) — One car overturned in a three-vehicle collision Monday morning on the eastbound Riverside 91 Freeway near Tustin Avenue in Anaheim.

The multi-vehicle crash was reported at approximately 8:13 a.m. November 2nd in the No. 1 lane of eastbound Highway 91. According to California Highway Patrol dispatch information, a gray Hyundai Tucson and a white Nissan were involved in a collision before striking a silver Toyota Corolla, which overturned.

Paramedics responded and reported there was a juvenile approximately 10 years old inside the overturned vehicle. A subsequent CHP update indicated that the occupants had gotten out of the vehicle. It’s unknown if the child or anyone else was hospitalized.

The crash prompted the closure of the No. 1 lane, and a tow truck was requested to remove the overturned vehicle. A Freeway Service Patrol unit also responded and blocked the HOV lane.

Pacific Tow was requested to assist with the overturned vehicle. The California Highway Patrol’s incident was closed at approximately 9:26 a.m.

The number and extent of injuries were not immediately available.
