4 Injured in Major Crash in Placerville on Green Valley Road
EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. (Feb. 2, 2022) — Four women were seriously injured Wednesday morning in a crash on Green Valley Road in Placerville.
The traffic accident happened about 11:46 a.m. on Feb. 2nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A 911 caller told CHP officials a vehicle carrying at least four people struck a tree on Green Valley Road at Missouri Flat Road.
The vehicle reportedly overturned during the crash and landed upside down or on its side, the report said.
Paramedics responded and rushed four people suffering from moderate to major injuries to Marshall Medical Center.
CHP officials report that ambulances transported Chloe Middleman, Kayla Waldo, Yesenia Hernandez, and Virginia Valenuela to the hospital.
Meanwhile, it’s unknown what led up to the collision at this time. Also, the report didn’t say if any other motorists were involved.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault.
