Four-Vehicle Car Accident in Pacoima

PACOIMA, Calif. (Dec. 27, 2023) — Five people were injured in a Pacoima crash on West Van Nuys Boulevard on Tuesday night near Borden Avenue.

The four-vehicle collision occurred at around 8:35 p.m. in the 12600 block of West Van Nuys Boulevard on Tuesday, Dec. 26th, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The LAFD reported at least one person was trapped in a vehicle with major injuries and was extricated by firefighters before being transported to a hospital.

Four other people were treated for minor injuries, but it’s unknown if they were also transported to a hospital or not.

The cause of the Pacoima crash on Van Nuys Boulevard remains under investigation.
