5 Injured in Transport Van Crash on West Sherman Way in Van Nuys

LAFD Transports Five Patients to Hospital

VAN NUYS, Calif. (July 12, 2024) — Five people were treated at a hospital for injuries after a 10-passenger transport van crashed Friday morning on West Sherman Way in Van Nuys.

The solo-vehicle collision occurred about 8:45 a.m. on July 12th in the 14200 block of West Sherman Way, near Katherine Avenue, according to the LAFD.

Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department responded and rushed the injured people to a nearby hospital. All suffered minor injuries and were in stable condition.

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash.
