SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. (July 18, 2018) — Five vehicles collided Tuesday morning on the westbound Interstate 80 Freeway, according to the Sacramento Bee.
The collision was reported about 6:35 a.m. near Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights. The report stated that a woman driving a Honda in the fast lane swerved to the right and collided with another motorist. The impact caused the Honda to overturn and it came to rest in the center divider. Three other vehicles also collided at the scene, but there were no further details.
Paramedics transported the woman to a nearby hospital as a precaution.

At this time, it appears that the driver arrested on DUI charges is responsible for this horrible crash.
