3 Critically Injured in Crash at Sacramento Intersection
NORTH SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Jan. 10, 2024) — Six people were injured, including three with major injuries, Wednesday at Marconi Avenue and Connie Drive in North Sacramento.
Metro Fire of Sacramento responded to the scene to help those injured, according to Fox 40 News.
Police closed down Marconi Avenue at the eastbound off-ramp from the Capital City Freeway (I-80) to Kenwood Street, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
Paramedics rushed three people with major injuries to a hospital, but three others with injuries declined transport and further treatment.
Authorities are working to determine the cause of the crash.
