Man, 70, Victim in Pedestrian Hit-and-Run
LOCATION: Apple Valley
DATE OF INCIDENT: Wednesday, September 12th
September 13, 2018- According to the Daily Press, a pedestrian man suffered major injuries at the expense of a hit-and-run motorist last night on Kiowa Road.
At roughly 7:45 p.m., San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials were notified of the collision after a vehicle described as a white Prius struck the victim and quickly fled the scene.
The victim, a 70-year-old man, suffered major injuries but was confirmed to have been awake and able to breathe prior to being rushed to an emergency center.
As of Thursday morning, the suspect remains at-large.
