Tire in Road Sets Off Multi-Vehicle Crash Interstate 80 Freeway
SAN PABLO, Calif. (July 14, 2021) — A multi-vehicle 80 Freeway crash happened Wednesday morning at San Pablo Dam Road in San Pablo.
A driver swerved to avoid a tire in the roadway leading to two separate collisions involving six vehicles, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One of the collisions involved three motorists and property damage only. The other 3-vehicle crash left at least one person with minor injuries.
6-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 80 Freeway
The vehicles involved were a Nissan Sentra, a silver Honda Accord with major damage all over, a green Toyota Prius that was drivable and three others.
Paramedics responded to help those hurt in the Interstate 80 Freeway crash, but it’s unknown if anyone was taken to a hospital.
Investigators will determine liability for the 80 Freeway crash in San Pablo.
