Kingsburg Rollover Crash Highway 99 and Avenue 384
Major Injury Collision on State Route 99
KINGSBURG, Calif. (Oct. 24, 2023) — A major injury crash in Kingsburg happened Tuesday morning on the northbound Highway 99, just south of Avenue 384.
The collision involved at least two vehicles and one of them overturned. It happened in the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the highway at around 11:54 a.m. on Oct. 24th in Tulare County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a silver Toyota 4 Runner SUV and a silver Lexus SUV were involved. One of the vehicles also lost a tire in the crash.
Paramedics with the Tulare County Fire Department responded to the scene to help those injured including at least one person with major injuries that was taken to a hospital by air ambulance.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed both of the vehicles from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Kingsburg crash on Highway 99.
