Four-Vehicle Collision on I-210 Freeway

LA VERNE, Calif. (Nov. 9, 2023) — At least one person was hurt in a car accident Thursday morning on the westbound Interstate 210 Freeway, just west of Fruit Street in La Verne.

The multi-vehicle collision occurred at around 5 a.m. on Nov. 9th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the drivers of a black pickup truck, a red Jeep, a silver Honda CRV and a white pickup truck were involved. One of the pickup trucks and one of the cars also crashed into the center divide.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help those injured in the collision, but there are no further details.

At least one of the vehicles required a tow truck to remove it from the roadway.

The case remains under investigation to determine fault.
