Pedestrian Critically Injured in Crash Near Chevron Gas Station

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Nov. 10, 2023) — A pedestrian accident happened Friday morning Cesar E Chavez Avenue and North Alameda Street.

The collision occurred at around 6 a.m. on Nov. 10th near the Chevron gas station, according to KTLA 5 News.

A driver told authorities they were on their way to work when the car hit a pedestrian, the report said.

The unidentified person went down in the roadway and sustained major injuries. Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to a hospital.

The Los Angeles Police Department is heading up an investigation into the crash.
