Woman, 67, Struck and Killed in Fullerton Crash

FULLERTON, Calif. (Nov. 15, 2023) – A 67-year-old Fullerton woman died in a two-vehicle Fullerton pedestrian accident at Brookhurst Road and West Oak Avenue.

The deadly crash occurred at around 5:11 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14th, according to the Fullerton Police Department.

Fullerton police officers responded to South Brookhurst Road and West Oak Avenue after a report that a a pedestrian died in a collision involving a blue Nissan Rogue and a black GMC Sierra.

Authorities stated a 36-year-old Anaheim man was driving the GMC southbound on Brookhurst and a 65-year-old Fullerton woman was traveling in the opposite direction in her Nissan. Suddenly, a pedestrian allegedly ran out onto Brookhurst Road and into the path of both motorists. The GMC’s driver managed to avoid hitting her, but the Nissan struck the woman who flew into the GMC and sustained fatal injuries.
