Motorcyclist Injured in Crash with Car on Antelope Valley Freeway

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (Dec. 5, 2023) — A car versus motorcycle accident happened Tuesday in Santa Clarita on the Antelope Valley 14 Freeway, just north of Placerita Canyon Road.

The two-vehicle collision occurred in the southbound lanes of State Route 14 at around 7:06 a.m. on Dec. 5th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the driver of a Nissan Sentra and a motorcyclist were involved and blocking the HOV lane.

Paramedics with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help the injured rider, but there are no further details.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on the Antelope Valley 14 Freeway.
