Patricia Grady Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Tyler Street, Riverside 91 Freeway

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (Dec. 14, 2023) — Patricia Grady, 44, of Riverside, died in a pedestrian accident Monday night on the Tyler Street on ramp to the eastbound state Route 91 Freeway in Riverside.

The deadly collision occurred at around 8:15 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 11th, according to The Patch.

A driver struck the victim due to unknown circumstances, the report said.

Police issued a SigAlert for roughly two hours due to closures for the on ramp and the No. 3 lane of the 91 Freeway after a second collision was reported there at around 10 p.m.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash and liability.
