Deadly Crash at Santa Ana Intersection

SANTA ANA, Calif. (Feb. 19, 2024) — A fatal pedestrian accident happened early Saturday morning at Orange Street and Edinger Avenue in Santa Ana.

The traffic accident occurred at about 4:30 a.m. on Feb. 17th, according to a report by City News Service on Jack FM.

A driver traveling northbound on Orange Street came to a stop after he realized he hit something and discovered the pedestrian trapped underneath his vehicle.

Paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed the victim’s death. Meanwhile, the driver cooperated with authorities and the investigation into what happened.

The case remains under investigation to determine fault.
