8 Injured in Inglewood Car Accident on La Cienega Boulevard

Multi-Vehicle Collision Near Fairview Blvd., in Inglewood

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (August 12, 2024) – Eight people were hospitalized Sunday after a multi-vehicle car accident on La Cienega Boulevard in Inglewood.

Several vehicles were involved in the pileup collision at La Cienega and Fairview boulevards around 12 p.m. on August 11th, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Paramedics from the LAFD evaluated 13 people at the scene and located four with serious injuries who were take to a hospital by advanced-life-saving ambulances. The other four people were transported by ambulances to hospitals.

There were also nine other people who had minor injuries or complaints of pain at the scene, but they declined an ambulance.

It’s unknown at this time what led up to the Inglewood accident on La Cienega Boulevard, but investigators are working to determine fault.
