Two Injured in Santa Rosa Crash Highway 12 and Farmers Lane

3-Vehicle Collision on Highway 12/Hoen Frontage Road

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (Oct. 28, 2024) — Two people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash in Santa Rosa on Highway 12, just west of Farmers Lane.

The collision involved three vehicles and happened at 2:31 p.m. on Oct. 28th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported a maroon Hyundai Elantra, a grey Jeep Cherokee SUV, and a black Chrysler sedan were involved.

Paramedics responded and found two people with minor injuries who they transported to Kaiser for further treatment. The vehicles were stopped in a construction zone and two were taken by tow trucks from the scene.

Investigators are working to determine fault for the Santa Rosa crash on Highway 12.
