SUV, Car Collide on Highway 138 in Phelan

PHELAN, Calif. (Dec. 24, 2024) — A two-vehicle crash in Phelan happened Tuesday on state Route Highway 138, just east of Kruse Road.

The traffic accident occurred at 10:06 a.m. on Dec. 24th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the drivers of a white Ford Explorer SUV and a white Honda Accord sedan were involved.

It’s unknown what led up to the collision that was blocking both northbound and southbound lanes of the roadway, but investigators will determine fault.

Paramedics responded to help at least one person hurt in the crash on Highway 138 in Phelan.
