Two-Vehicle Collision on State Route 18 in Running Springs

RUNNING SPRINGS, Calif. (Jan. 9, 2025) — A head-on crash happened in Running Springs on Thursday afternoon along Highway 18 or Hilltop Road near Conifer Camp Road.

The two-vehicle collision occurred at 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 9th, 2025, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The drivers of two white sedans including a Tesla were involved and they were blocking both the upbound and downward bound sides of state Route 18.

Cal Fire San Bernardino sent paramedics to help those injured, but there are no further details.
