Traffic Collision on I-10 West Near Riverside Avenue Involves Major Damage

San Bernardino, CA (March 21, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash in Rialto occurred early Friday morning on westbound Interstate 10 near Riverside Avenue in San Bernardino County.

The traffic collision was reported at 7:54 AM on March 21st when an SUV rear-ended a black Honda Accord, leaving the Honda suffering significant rear-end damage. The vehicle was blocking the number 1 lane, causing traffic delays.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) and the Freeway Service Patrol (FSP) responded to the scene to help those involved. Emergency services were requested to help one person in the Honda with complaints of pain.

A tow truck for the Honda was arranged through Tri-City Tow.

All traffic lanes were reopened by 8:14 a.m. and traffic flow resumed. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
