Fullerton Car Accident Orange 57 Freeway, Imperial Highway (4/30)

2-Vehicle Collision on SR-57 in Fullerton

FULLERTON, Calif. (April 30, 2025) — A two-vehicle car accident in Fullerton happened Wednesday morning on the Orange 57 Freeway, at the Imperial Highway East on ramp in Orange County.

The traffic accident occurred on southbound State Route 57 around 10 a.m. on April 30th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the drivers of a gold Nissan Sentra, a grey Tesla Model Y SUV, and a white Ford Fusion sedan were involved.

It’s unknown what led up to the collision that was blocking the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the southbound SR 57.

Paramedics from Metro Net Fire Authority responded with an ambulance to help one person from the Ford with complaints of chest pain. A second person in the Nissan also requested an ambulance due to unknown injuries.

Investigators are working to determine fault for the Fullerton accident on the 57 Freeway.
