One Hospitalized after Crash at Orange Intersection
ORANGE, Calif. (April 7, 2026) – A woman was hospitalized with moderate injuries following a two-vehicle collision on Santiago Canyon Road in Orange, the CHP said.
The crash occurred on April 7th around 8:05 a.m. at the intersection with Orange Park Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The woman was driving a gray Lexus SUV when she allegedly drove through a red light and collided with a driver in a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup as it turned north from Orange Park Boulevard onto Santiago Canyon Road, police said.
Paramedics responded and transported the injured person to Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana. It’s unknown at this time if anyone from the pickup truck was injured.
Detectives are working to determine fault for the Orange crash on Santiago Canyon Road.
