Several Injured in Three-Vehicle Crash on Highway 63 and East Pacific Avenue in Tulare

TULARE, Calif. (June 10, 2026) — Multiple people were injured Wednesday morning in a three-vehicle collision at State Route 63 (Mooney Boulevard) and East Pacific Avenue in Tulare, according to dispatch reports from the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported on June 10th shortly before 9:50 a.m. at the busy intersection, also known locally as Mooney Boulevard at Pacific Avenue. Initial reports indicated a white SUV collided with a gray Honda Accord, with authorities later confirming the incident involved three vehicles.

Emergency crews arrived to find debris scattered across the roadway and a woman lying face down in the street, appearing to be injured, according to CHP dispatch logs. Tulare County Fire Department personnel and Tulare Police officers responded to the scene.

Authorities temporarily shut down lanes at the intersection while emergency responders assisted victims and cleared the roadway. Two tow trucks were requested to remove damaged vehicles from the scene, including a gray Honda Accord.

Two patients were later transported by ground ambulance to Kaweah Health for treatment. Dispatch records also indicate another patient was transported to Adventist Health for laboratory-related medical care.

Animal control was initially requested after reports of a dog at the scene, but was later canceled when family members reportedly took custody of the animal.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation. Officials have not released the identities or conditions of those injured.

Motorists experienced delays in the area as crews worked to reopen all lanes.
