Two-Vehicle Crash on Grangeville Blvd, Kings County

HANFORD, Calif., (Sept. 11, 2026) — A crash involving major injuries occurred Friday morning on Grangeville Boulevard, just east of 15th Avenue, in Grangeville, just west of Hanford, authorities reported.

The incident was logged on Sept. 11th at approximately 8:44 a.m., involving a gray Toyota Highlander and an older-model brown Ford pickup truck. According to the California Highway Patrol, the vehicles collided head-on, resulting in significant front-end damage to both vehicles.

Emergency personnel, including paramedics, were dispatched to the scene shortly after the collision was reported. One party was transported to Adventist Health Hanford with major injuries. The details regarding the condition of the other involved parties remain undisclosed at this time.

The roadway was partially blocked as investigators worked to clear the scene and gather evidence. Tow services were called to remove the damaged vehicles from the site.
