Pedestrian Killed Late Halloween Night in Lake Los Angeles is Identified

LAKE LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Nov. 3, 2026) — Ronald Johnson, 71, was struck and killed on Halloween night at 170th Street East and Avenue P-8 in Lake Los Angeles.

The deadly collision occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2026, according to the Antelope Valley CHP.

The station was alerted to the vehicle versus pedestrian accident at the Lake Los Angeles intersection and responded to the scene where they located the man down in the roadway.

Sadly, the man did not survive and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
