Major Injury Crash on Avenue 416 in Sultana

TULARE COUNTY, Calif., (Nov. 2, 2026) — A major injury collision occurred Monday afternoon in Sultana on westbound Avenue 416 just west of Road 100, just east of Dinuba in Tulare County.

The report was issued on Nov. 2nd at approximately 4:53 p.m. and involved two vehicles: a white sedan and a black sedan. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to the scene shortly after being alerted. Initially classified as a traffic collision requiring emergency medical response, it was later updated to a major injury collision.

Emergency responders, including paramedics and local law enforcement, arrived at the scene to find the vehicles obstructing westbound lanes. Efforts were made to clear the roadway, and two towing companies were contacted to assist with vehicle removal.

The names and ages of the individuals involved have not been released at this time. However, it has been confirmed that those injured were transported to a nearby medical facility for treatment of their injuries.

The CHP is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision, and they urge any witnesses to come forward with information that could aid in their investigation.
