Aaron Beasley and Austin Wagenleitner Dead, 1 Injured in Car Accident Off Highway 168 in Fresno County
Fresno County- According to the Fresno Bee, a deadly solo vehicle crash off Highway 168 was reported to have taken place Monday evening causing the death of two young men and serious injuries to another.
A firefighter riding in the back of the firetruck this morning noticed a mangled truck approximately 200-300 feet down an embankment. As they went to inspect the vehicle, a man’s voice could be heard as he remained trapped and injured inside the Chevy Avalanche.
Firefighters were able to remove the unidentified man who is a resident of Clovis from the vehicle before he was flown to Community Regional Med Center. The young man had informed firefighters that he and two friends were driving from Clovis to an unknown destination before the vehicle crashed.
Two men identified as Aaron Beasley, 19, and Austin Wagenleitner, 20, both of Clovis, were the other two occupants of the vehicle who sadly were pronounced at the scene.
No further details have been released as California Highway Patrol officials will thoroughly investigate this incident.
