Corona Hit-and-Run Injury Crash Lawyer
It is forbidden by law in California to leave the scene after causing or being involved in an auto accident regardless of whether or not there are injuries. A hit and run motorist who causes serious bodily injury to another motorist or pedestrian or results in death will be charged with either a misdemeanor or a felony. Depending on the circumstances, a hit-and-run suspect will receive a much harsher sentencing pending the nature of a specific incident.
For this incident, the dump truck company employing the hit-and-run motorist will ultimately be held responsible for any injuries suffered by the driver and any passengers inside the Ford truck. When there is confirmed negligence or wrongdoing on behalf of a driver or motorist, injured victims are entitled to a personal injury lawsuit where they may seek compensation for damages including medical expenses and hospital bills, lost future income, and pain and suffering.
