Contra Costa County Wrongful Death Attorney
A wrongful death attorney will take the time to look into whether there were multiple parties, businesses or government entities that should be held liable. California law states that a government or owner that fails to ensure the safety of the general public due to lack of maintenance will be held fully responsible for any death or injury sustained by an individual.
In this case, the surviving family members of Lyudmila Beyzer may have the right to pursue a wrongful death lawsuit against the city or county responsible for properly maintaining the tree pending the result of the investigation.
