Daniel Cannon Killed in Fillmore Motorcycle Crash on Telegraph Road
FILLMORE (March 31, 2017)- According to the Ventura County Star, a deadly motorcycle crash took place Friday morning on Highway also referred to a Telegraph Road involving four total vehicles.
California Highway Patrol officials responded to the crash which occurred at roughly 5:54 a.m.
A male motorcyclist had been struck by a least one vehicle causing fatal injuries to the victim. He was identified as 44-year-old Daniel Cannon, of Fillmore.

CHP said Cannon was riding his motorcycle east in the left lane of Highway 126 when a vehicle going west turned in front of him. That car was about to go south on Cavin Road.
Cannon struck the right rear of the vehicle, causing him to be ejected onto the highway. He was then hit by at least two other vehicles.
One of the other men involved in the wreck complained of pain and sought his own treatment. The incident remains under investigation.
