Fatal Car Crash on McBean Park Drive
LINCOLN (July 17, 2017)- According to the Sacramento Bee, a deadly solo vehicle collision was reported Saturday morning of July 15th on McBean Park Drive.
The collision was reported at 12:20 a.m. when a solo vehicle lost control and veered off the road into both a light pole and a fence before plowing into a home.
immediately following the crash, the vehicle engulfed in flames as did a section of the residence as the Lincoln Fire Department was notified to quickly arrive at the scene.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the flame but sadly pronounced both the driver and passenger in the vehicle deceased.
The victims were later identified as Brittany Martin, 22, and Frankee Rose, 22.
Two residents of the home were inside of it when the accident took place both who were not injured.
No further details have been made available at this time.
