4-Vehicle Accident on State Route 14
Acton, Calif. (July 13, 2023) — A car accident occurred Wednesday on the Antelope Valley 14 Freeway near the Ward Road offramp in Acton California.
The collision occurred about 4:23 p.m. on July 12th, near Ward Road in Los Angeles County according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
A black Lexus RX, grey Toyota Solara, a Lincoln Reserve SUV, and a Nissan Sentra were all involved in the accident on SR-14. The collision caused major blockage in the middle lane of the freeway. Two out of the four vehicles involved in the accident had extreme damage on the front and rear ends.
Paramedics along with the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived on the scene to help those injured in the collision.
Meanwhile, tow trucks were called and removed the damaged vehicles from the Antelope Valley 14 Freeway in Acton. All the vehicles were moved to the right hand side of freeway for further removal.
Investigators are working on the case to determine who is at fault.
