Adam Scott, 31, Killed in Barstow Crash on Main Street

BARSTOW (June 23, 2020) – A driver was killed after a traffic collision along Main Street last week on Friday night.

The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased victim as 31-year-old Adam Scott, a resident of Barstow.

According to a press release by the sheriff’s department, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason near the 1900 block of East Main Street.

Barstow Fire Department officials along with the paramedics responded and pronounced one motorist, later named as Scott, dead at the scene.

The fatal accident took place on June 19 at about 8:12 p.m. Meanwhile, police did not mention if any other party was injured as a result of the crash.

Officers briefly closed the roadway following the wreck. The cause of the tragic collision remains under investigation.
